INTERNATIONAL MEN’S DAY 2022: THEME: The theme this year is “Helping Men and Boys” which is celebrated by organising seminars and conferences programs to have a healthy discussion on issues related to men. The day can be marked by simple yet sweet gestures, such as wishing the men you care for and expressing your gratitude to the ones who have cared for you. Events focussing on men and their achievements are also organised.
INTERNATIONAL MEN’S DAY 2022 CELEBRATION: The best way to celebrate International Men’s Day 2022 is to spend a little time with your brothers, fathers, and boyfriends, and to tell them how important they are and how they enhance your life.
Men are considered as the providers while women are seen as the carers. This means that as a society, we expect men to be naturally ambitious and to perform as the primary breadwinner. Boys are brought up to take on leadership and protector roles. This might have increased their burden and pressure to perform.
Being a human one should aimed at ensuring good emotional, physical, social, and spiritual health of men. However, the day is not just about celebrating men but also improving gender relations and promoting gender equality.
